I am Kalpesh Vaghela, the artist and founder of Jeeya Art Gallery.

For me, art has never been just about creating a beautiful painting. It has been a part of my life—a passion, a practice, and a way of expressing what words sometimes cannot.

My journey as an artist began with inspiration from my Guruji, whose guidance and passion for art helped me discover the artist within me. Since then, I have carried one simple thought with me: create something new every day, learn something every day, and let art continue to evolve.

Over the years, I have explored different forms of art, including oil paintings, sketches, canvas paintings, and portraits. My work has also found its way into art galleries, giving me the opportunity to share my creativity with a wider audience.

Turning Passion Into a Profession

The decision to make art my profession was not an easy one.

Like every journey, mine came with its share of challenges, uncertainties, and hurdles. There were many moments when I had opportunities to choose a different path. But even when the journey became difficult, I could never imagine leaving art behind.

I chose to stay. I chose to keep learning. I chose to keep creating.

And most importantly, I chose to believe in the passion that had stayed with me for so long.

That decision eventually became Jeeya Art Gallery—a space where my passion could become a part of people’s lives.

My Belief in Art

I believe art is not just a painting hanging on a wall.

Art is a feeling.

It is a memory, an expression, a story, and sometimes even a reflection of who we are.

My vision is to make art something that everyone can experience and have in their homes—whether it is a peaceful canvas, an expressive portrait, a detailed sketch, or a timeless oil painting.

Every artwork I create carries a part of my journey, my imagination, and the countless hours of practice behind it.

More Than a Gallery

Jeeya Art Gallery is not simply a place where paintings are displayed.

It is the result of years of passion, perseverance, learning, and belief.

Every artwork begins with an idea and ends with a story. My aim is to create pieces that do more than decorate a space—they should connect with the people who see them.

I continue to create, experiment, learn, and push myself as an artist because I believe there is always another idea waiting to be brought to life.

My journey started with a passion for art.
